Who I Am

I’m Tara (Tipper) Raddle. I’ve been an attorney and I worked in finance. I’m an artist, writer, and photographer. I have an extensive academic knowledge of shopping malls, and an equal amount of field experience trekking to J. Crew. I also had reasonably good standardized test scores when I was younger, and I was once tennis camper of the day, circa 2002.

All of which is to say that I am me.

Deeply, undeniably me.

And, while I am far from the most insightful person ever to live, I do have a perspective on the world that is wholly my own.

From essays on hot button issues to pop culture, original art, explorations of our modern world, and everything in between, I hope to bring a thoughtful perspective to readers. I strive for both seriousness and irreverence, absurdity and relatability. I want to illuminate the wonderful and the weird, while not shying away from the more difficult aspects of life and our culture.
